Traditional iron-core motors suffer from magnetic hysteresis losses, eddy currents, and cogging torque, which degrade precision control at low speeds. Our coreless technology eliminates the iron core altogether, utilizing a self-supporting skew-wound copper coil.
This design creates a highly homogeneous magnetic field. Without slotting effects, rotation remains smooth even at extremely low velocities, which is essential for medical injection systems or optical lens focusing. Additionally, the lack of iron core eliminates attraction forces between the stator and the rotor, reducing bearing load and significantly extending operational life.
